Superintendent/Principal’s Message
Dear Captain Isaac Paine Elementary School Families,
I am honored to join this vibrant and dedicated community and look forward to working with families to create an environment where our children can thrive. With over twenty years of experience in education, I bring a deep commitment to academic excellence and a passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments.
I am also a proud resident of the town of Foster, which brings a unique perspective to my role. Being a part of this community allows me to understand and appreciate the values, traditions, and expectations that are important to our town. This local insight will guide my efforts to ensure that our school remains a cornerstone of the community.
As I step into this dual role, I am eager to get to know each of you and to understand the unique strengths and needs of our students and families. I believe that by working together, we can build on our existing achievements and explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.
I am committed to open communication and collaboration and welcome any ideas or feedback you may have. I encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns, as your input is invaluable in helping us provide the best possible educational experience for our children. I look forward to working together with families to support our students' academic and personal growth.
Thank you for your support and involvement. I am excited about the journey ahead and the opportunity to work with such a wonderful community of families and students.
Warm regards,
Julie Giangiulio
