Dear Paine Families,

I am delighted to be part of your children’s educational journey. Additionally, I am eager to collaborate with each of you and to ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students. At Paine, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Encouraging positive attitudes will help our students approach challenges with optimism and perseverance; thus fostering a growth mindset that leads to greater success.

We have a NEW start time this year. Students should plan to arrive at Paine for 8:45 a.m., which is the time that doors open (no earlier). Arriving at this time gives your children time for morning socialization, organization and preparation within their classrooms. Students should be in their classrooms, ready to learn, by 8:55 AM. The formal school day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:25 p.m. Students are to report to school each day, on time. A tardy or absence can impact a child’s academic achievement. Teacher interactions and peer collaborative learning experiences are important factors in your child’s day at school.

I am thrilled to join this wonderful community and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you! I can't wait to witness the growth and many achievements of our students.
